I had an awful experience here. They wanted to see me in two weeks (they make appointments "two weeks out" they said. when they thought I was PPO (couldn't remember what plan I was when on the phone with them). When they found out I was DMO, they would NOT accept a fax for authorization ("that is our policy, she said"), and so I had to wait another month for my name to be on the list to even make an appointment. When I called to make an appointment, I was told that they make appointments "three months out". When I told them when they thought I was PPO and gave me an appointment in two weeks, they totally denied they ever did that and lied through their teeth. Totally dishonest and didn't want to give me an appointment once they knew I was DMO. Honestly who would want to go to someone who has dishonesty and greed as their philosophy. They did not communicate well, they acted like everything was my fault, and obviously care about money and not about people. Please, please spare yourself the tears, frustration, and time and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.
