FORT WORTH, Texas — DeSoto didn't take long to secure an early lead Saturday night.The Eagles returned the opening kickoff against Baltimore St. Frances (MD) — the No. 7 team in the SBLive/Sports Illustrated Power 25 national high school football rankings — 87 yards to start inside the Panthers' red zone.Two plays later, senior wide receiver and Texas commit Johntay Cook II hauled in a five-yard touchdown pass from junior quarterback D.J. Bailey, which put the Eagles ahead 7-0 just seconds into the game.
